Meet our newly appointed Regional Director for Scotland, Robin Donald.

Robin joined Castle Water in 2017 as Operations Manager, and 7 years on he is stepping up to take the reins in Scotland.

Our Paperless Billing campaign was particularly successful. 94% of our customers in Scotland receive their invoices electronically and are automatically enrolled onto our market-leading customer portal. This has significantly reduced our carbon footprint and improved our customers’ access to the information that they need.

Reflecting on all that Castle Water has achieved as we celebrate its 10th year, I am reminded how closely the company’s values of fairness, transparency and trust match my own.
