New Partner at Lindsays in Perth

Newly-promoted Lindsays Perth lawyers Emma Allan and Stephen O’Hare.

A second promotion in six months has seen a Perth lawyer become a Partner at city legal firm Lindsays.

Stephen O’Hare makes the step up as part of the Private Client team, which advises people on personal legal affairs including Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Having joined Lindsays as an Associate through its merger with Miller Hendry in May 2023, he was promoted to Senior Associate in October 2024.

Commenting on his latest promotion, Stephen said: “It is an exciting time to be taking on this new role as Lindsays expands its client-base across Perthshire. I am looking forward to working with clients and colleagues to develop that work further.”

Meanwhile, Emma Allan has become a Director in Lindsays’ Perth-based Commercial Property team. She too joined the firm through its merger with Miller Hendry.

These promotions are among fifteen lawyers taking the step up at Lindsays across their offices in Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow. In additional to Stephen and Emma, three further new Partners and five Directors were also appointed as well as two promotions to Senior Associate and three to Associate.

The promotions take the total number of Partners in the firm to 53, their highest-ever level.
