Chamber Business Star Winner Will Scoop £10k Airtime Package on STV, Courtesy of STV Growth Fund

Perthshire Chamber’s Business Star Awards have, for the second year running, been given a boost with the generous gifted membership of a £10k airtime package on STV courtesy of the STV Growth Fund to be awarded at this year’s event to the Perthshire Business of the Year 2024.

The Perthshire Chamber of Commerce event sponsored by Binn Group is one of the most eagerly anticipated on the business calendar and takes place at Crieff Hydro on Friday November 22nd.  This year’s event will be ably hosted by well-known comedian, presenter and broadcaster, Fred MacAulay, so it’s set to be a fun night!

Businesses from all over Perthshire which have reached the finals are going through the judging process as they compete in their respective categories.

Perthshire Chamber chief executive Vicki Unite said:

“It is always an absolute privilege to be able to shine the spotlight on some of our area’s success stories and acknowledge the sheer hard work, grit and determination being demonstrated on a day-to-day basis.

“We are so delighted ad grateful to our Main Sponsor Binn Group for continuing to support us – and they’ve signed up for the next three years which is just amazing.  It’s so generous and it allows us to put on such a great event and support our businesses in this way.

“We are also absolutely thrilled that, for the second year running, we have this generous gift, from STV - through their STV Growth Fund – to further showcase and promote our overall winner which really adds to the excitement for those who took the time to enter.”

Danielle Kelly, Director of Strategy and Sales (Scotland) at STV, said: We are delighted to once again be a proud partner of the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Business Star Awards, celebrating the incredible businesses in the region. It’s a privilege to help recognise the outstanding talent and business innovation in Perthshire.
