Perthshire Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce that Kerr Elliott of Camerons Volvo has been confirmed as the Chamber's new President at this year's AGM.
In addition to Kerr's appointment it has also been revealed that James Denholm of Denholm Partnership has been confirmed as Vice President and that Callum McKenna of Graham Hygiene Services has accepted the role of Junior Vice President.
"These appointments are set to provide smooth transitions and continuity - as well as a level of mutual support - as we all work together with our fellow members and Board members to future proof the Chamber," said Chamber Chief Executive Vicki Unite.
"We are delighted that Kerr, James and Callum have accepted these roles and we look forward to working hard to continue to serve our members and champion the businesses and our local area. At our AGM we also noted our sincere thank you to Past President, Lori McGaffney, and to those Directors who had served their terms. We are extremely grateful to them for volunteering to support the Chamber on top of their own professional endeavours."
President Kerr Elliot said: "I am incredibly honoured to take on the role of President of Perthshire Chamber of Commerce.
"As someone who has been deeply connected to the business community through my work at Camerons Volvo, I have seen first-hand the strength, resilience, and innovation that Perthshire businesses bring to the table. Now, I’m thrilled to be in a position where I can contribute to fostering growth, collaboration, and support across our region.
"In the coming months, I look forward to working closely with our members, partners, and local leaders to build on the Chamber's successes and ensure that Perthshire remains a vibrant and thriving place to do business. Together, we can continue to make a positive impact on our local economy and community.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me in this journey. Here's to the exciting times ahead."
