Spirit of Perthshire
Following our successful inaugural Whisky Festival last year and our plans for 2022, Spirit of Perthshire are planning a mixed Spirit Festival (gin, vodka, rum, tequila and whisky etc.), following requests from a number of local distillers and the general public.
The Festival of Spirits will take place over the weekend of Friday 28th and Saturday 29th of October (Halloween Weekend), hence the aptly named “The Festival of Spirits” which will be held at Cardney Steadings one of Scotland’s premier wedding and events locations situated about two miles from Dunkeld in beautiful Perthshire.
Due to the success of our whisky festival last year, we have had to make a decision to move the event and from this year forward it will take place in the Gannochy Suite of Perth Ice Rink.
Both events will have 30 exhibitors from within Perthshire and beyond, and as per our previous events, we bring to the fore as much as we can the smaller private and artisan distillers which give the general public the opportunity to sample products not usually available at the usual outlets.
A feature of our whisky festival has been to support a charity with our auctions at the Friday evening pre-festival dinner. This year we are supporting two fantastic charities - MYNAME5DODDIE and THE SCOTTISH CHARITY AIR AMBULANCE for which all donations would be gratefully received.
If you would like to book a table for 6 or more at the charity dinners, Spirit of Perthshire will be pleased to offer a discount of 10% for both the whisky festival and the Festival of Spirits to fellow Perthshire Chamber members, so please come along to a fantastic evening of entertainment and support these wonderful charities.
To activate this discount and/or lodge your donation and nominate your chosen charity please contact Spirit of Perthshire here.
Tickets will be on sale from 1st March and available to book at the links below.
Please see us on Facebook and Twitter where you will find regular updates on the exhibitors, transport and accommodation etc.
