Join us on November 17th, 11.00-12.00 for this online event organised by Perthshire Chamber of Commerce and Circular Tayside. Hear from local, circular Tayside organisations how they adapted to the Covid-19 restrictions and continued to deliver their circular products and services.

Our speakers:

The Little Green Larder opened its doors on Dundee’s Perth Road in July 2019. They provide a complete zero waste shopping experience that is accessible, sustainable and affordable. They work with Scottish producers suppliers where possible to bring you quality local products that don’t cost the world. Jillian will be speaking about the shop, the changes that arose with Covid-19, and how they adapted their offering and business model to the lockdown and social distancing without compromising on their ethos.

Summer Harvest. Mark Bush owner and managing director of Summer Harvest Ltd,  farms and produces premium quality ‘cold pressed rapeseed oil’ in Perthshire. Mark uses several circular practices in his product, business model and operations and is a strong proponent of sustainability in farming and agriculture. Mark is going to be speaking about what problems Covid-19 brought to his business but also his approach over the last few months, offering a fresh perspective to this issue.
