NFU Mutual Perth Recognised for Exceptional Service and Performance
At NFU Mutual Perth, we aim to provide first-class service and insurance to our local community. As an NFU Mutual agency, we are part of a network of almost 300 local offices around the UK and helped play a role in NFU Mutual winning this year’s Which? Insurance Brand of the Year award.
Within this network, we are proud to have been recognised for our exceptional service and performance in the company’s 1910 Club of high-performing Agencies. We were named 2nd in the United Kingdom for NFU Mutual General Insurance Agency of the Year, and 3rd place for Overall Agency of the Year at the award ceremony, which is a way of acknowledging the contribution of Agents and other staff members towards the success of NFU Mutual.
Given Nick Turner, Group Chief Executive of NFU Mutual, expressly praised the Agency Network’s “ongoing dedication and commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for our customers, time and time again” when accepting the Which? Insurance Brand of the Year award, we at NFU Mutual Perth are delighted to be amongst the cream of the crop of that network.
We hope – and believe – that this is also a reflection of the care and exemplary service we provide to the Perth community and our customers further afield, not just by providing the cover they need but by sharing our expertise and local knowledge and supporting our customers when they need us most. At NFU Mutual Perth, we care about our community and customers, and will build upon our recent success to continue serving them as best we can.
Margaret, Katy and Marc from NFU Mutual Perth said:
“We are absolutely delighted and extremely proud to have been recognised for the hard work that we put into everything we do here at the NFU Mutual Perth Agency.
“We are extremely grateful to our loyal customers – who are at the heart of it all – and to our fantastic team within the office who have all contributed to these fantastic awards. Competition is really strong with some very well established and long-standing agencies who have led the way for many years, and it is an honour to be accepting awards alongside them”.
