Member to Member Offer - Pathfinder Development
Pathfinder Development is excited to share an introductory Lunch & Learn session with the Perthshire Chamber members.
Lynn Erasmus is a keynote speaker, award-winning-entrepreneur & author and wants to help businesses go from ok to astounding.
For the month of August, she will roll out 3 x complimentary 40-minute online sessions, providing Perthshire Chamber members the opportunity to learn something new and maybe even experience the lightbulb moment to become unstoppable.
Each event will start with a quick introduction by the participants, so that Lynn can have a better understanding of her audience, before the 30-minute snapshot session kicks-off and ends with a Q&A.
Marketing Make-Over
3 August: 10:00 – 10:40
Who is this for?
Business owners, franchisees, associations, and charities – wanting to stand out from the crowd.
What to expect?
We have a quick look at the following four strategies in your marketing plan:
- Input on your digital footprint.
- Do you know what your brand stands for?
- What is your Story?
- Create a Spider-web sales plan to attract new clients and or tap into your existing clients.
Cultural Intelligence Workshop
06 August: 10:00 – 10:40
Who is this for?
This workshop is one of my most popular, and every organization (public and private entities) requires this skill, especially for organizations who have intergenerational relations (age gaps) and different cultures working together or dealing with different cultures daily. It is not a ‘nice to have’ skill anymore, but an essential aspect of being part of the global or digital workspace.
What to expect?
We have a quick look at how culturally aware you are, followed by an overview of what it takes to become culturally intelligent. We end it off; by tapping into your company’s own culture (values, vision, and mission).
Entrepreneur 101 Workshop
10 August: 10:00 – 10:40
Who is this for?
This is a holistic, (one-stop-shop) workshop for aspiring entrepreneurs, consultants, start-ups, and freelancers. This course is perfect for all business owners starting out or in the process of taking their business to the next level and in need of renewed focus and drive.
What to expect?
We will discuss the dos and don’ts, your business and dissect it into smaller parts to establish its validity, sustainability, and profitability. I will guide you to set up goals and an action plan that is easy to manage and implement immediately. We will also look at your competitor – this is wherein the opportunity lies.
If you wish to book, simply email lynn@pathfinderdevelopment.co.uk – write your chosen topic/s in the subject line and your company contact details in the body of the email.
