Gleneagles has launched a new Wild Wellness Package

Gleneagles has launched a new Wild Wellness package – a mindful and restorative nature-based wellness programme, set in the wild surrounds of the hotel. Guided by the principle that exposure to nature has significant physical and mental health benefits, the two-day retreat invites guests to reconnect with the natural rhythm of the dramatic Scottish landscape, to nurture mind, body, and soul. Focusing on harnessing nature’s healing powers while combining learnings from both Shinto and western practices, the retreat has been designed to focus on organic mindfulness, with self-connection to nature as the guiding factor – setting it apart from the traditional guided mediation approach. From an expedition to the magnificent Ben Vorlich, to scenic picnic lunches, and from fishing, foraging and forest bathing, to a tranquil boat road, our new Wild Wellness package enables guests to forge an authentic connection with nature.

Wild Wellness at Gleneagles will run on selected dates from October to March 2021. Rates for the package start from £3,280 including VAT and breakfast in October, and from £3,100 from November to March, based on two people sharing a Manor Room for two nights. Single occupancy rates start from £2,880 including VAT and breakfast in October, and from £2,700 from November to March, staying in a Manor Room for two nights. For more information, please contact Reservations at resort.sales@gleneagles.com or on 0800 704 705.  More details can be found HERE
