Scottish Government: New Mental Health Support, 14 April 2020

Helping people cope during COVID-19

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced addiitonal support to help people look after their mental health during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

An investment of more than £1m has been given to expand the Distress Brief Intervention programme which helps people in distress, and to launch a new mental health marketing campaign across television, radio, print and online.

The first phase will roll out across Scotland this month, giving practical advice on coping with current restrictions.
